FAQ – How do I start my live simulation?

Practice mode and the live simulation take place on the same website, app.pinsight.com.

The simulator dashboard has no functionality 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. If you are logged in at that time, the transition to the live simulation will occur automatically.

Also, you can also choose to log on to app.pinsight.com at your exact start time. At the exact start time, you will see new email messages populate the simulator inbox. Start reviewing and responding to the new email messages in your simulator inbox and review new information in the Files section, including the Video Call Schedule notifying you of scheduled events.
